Donegal Sports Star Awards

We had a fabulous night at the Donegal Sports Star Awards in the Mount Errigal Hotel earlier this month. Scoil Íosagáin was crowned the Best Primary School in the large schools category. What an achievement!! Great credit is due to our wonderful staff whose dedication and commitment are second to none. And of course, we applaud our wonderful pupils who embrace every opportunity to participate in a wide range of sporting activities. Congratulations to everyone who has made this possible.

Congratulations also to our past pupils Keri, Jodi and Heidi who were nominated for awards on the night, and to Garbhan Friel who won the Soccer Player of the Year award. It was a pleasure to be in the company of so many fantastic people from across Donegal, and it was a privilege to hear Special Guest David Gillick give an absolutely inspirational address.
