We very proud of our "Communication Changemaker" children who have volunteered to become members of an innovative Inclusion Programme at our school. Many of our pupils communicate using signs (LÁMH) and pictures/symbols (PECS). Our volunteers are learning to use LÁMH and PECS and in turn they will teach the children and staff in our mainstream classes. This will enable all of our children to communicate with one another in a way that is meaningful to all. We are really proud of our volunteer children and are grateful for our staff who are facilitating this wonderful initiative.
